Event Information
Tickets
Please bring your tickets with you on the night - you will be asked to present them on arrival. This is strictly a ticketed event. No tickets can be purchased on the evening.
Outdoor Event
95% of the event takes place outside, so please make sure you are dressed appropriately as we do not have the capacity for all guests to be inside the Club. We advise bringing raincoats and umbrellas just in case the British weather lets us down!
Vehicle Sharing/ Parking
Please where possible to do so share your transportation to limit the number of vehicles on site. Once on site please follow the directions from the Site Safety Marshals.
Payments
Only contactless payment will be available during the evening.
Food and Drink
Only food and drink purchased on site will be allowed. There will be a variety of food stands including paella, burgers, pizza, crepes, noodles and ice cream. There will also be an outside bar where tea, coffee and other refreshments will be available as well.
Sparklers/Fireworks
In the interest of safety, external use of either sparklers or fireworks is not permitted and anyone found using them will be kindly asked to leave.
